[access-uk] Interacting with XP balloons

Hi, using JFW7.1, is there any way of accessing the balloons that pop up in
Windows XP before they disappear. I'm setting up a wireless network and
when I boot my PC up a balloon appears for a few seconds and Jaws reads out
something like 'you have limited or no connection to this network, click
here to fix the problem'. I've tried routing the Jaws to the PC cursor but
can't find any text and the balloon vanishes before I get the chance to do
anything else...cheers
