Yep, I have also seen this.
The only solution seems to be to go directly to the manufacturer of your
motherboard’s web site and download their version of the Intel driver.

I have seen this one too, and I just didn’t tick it when I used to choose
updates in Windows 7. I checked the driver software update, but it still kept
coming back in the update list, and because it didn’t seem to make any
difference to the performance of my machine, I ignored it. I advise you to do
likewise! I haven’t seen it since updating to Windows 10 now I come to think of
it.

The error message is: 80070103 and the full Intel Corparation title is:
Intel Corparation (R) HD 1470HD Important Update.
It fails to install every time and all I get is the Try Again button.
