[access-uk] Installing talks

Hi folks,
Vodaphone have already installed talks to my 5500 Nokia handset but I wish
to instal a larger memory card to the handset.
Can someone please advise how to instal talks from the copy provided on CD
from Vodaphone to this bigger memory card?
Would I need sighted assistance and is it quite easy to instal?
Also, what is best way to back up?
