[access-uk] Installing PowerDVD

Hi all - I am now trying to reinstall PowerDVD on this machine, it use to
work fine on here before I reformatted and reinstalled XP, but now when I
try the install, I get an error message saying that an installation support
file [dll file]could not be installed, access is denied
Anybody offer any help?
