Hi Jackie,
I also have a Victor Reader Stream and have had it for about 4 years and I
absolutely love it. I recently bought a leather case for mine as the cloth one
was starting to look rather tatty, old and tired. I too love the compartment
on the case for storing my spare memory cards. I have no experience of Itunes,
but I am seriously thinking about getting an Iphone. I had a play on one for a
bit yesterday whilst I was in 02, and think it would be fairly easy for me to
learn to use with time.

RNIB, Humanware and I believe Steve all sell it for £20. It is worth having
though as there is a zip compartment in which to keep any extra SD cards. I
like the belt clip as I attach it to my jeans and use the Stream with one
hand when necessary while holding onto the bar of my treadmill when doing my
medical routine every day. Although, technically, the iPod is better for
music, I find it easier to press the distinctive buttons on the Stream with
one hand. I use it with a pair of Apple earbuds, and it's ideal.

Wow, Andrew, good for you. The Stream very much does what it says on the
box. There is no internal memory, but it is a robust piece of kit. I would
also recommend the leather case that can be bought as an addition because it
has a lanyard and a strong belt clip, meaning you can use it while it is
protected in the case.

You can use an SD card with up to 32GB of storage. I have that capacity in
mine and have no problem with it. Despite its size, I love the Stream.
