Thanks to all that offered help and thoughts for getting Messenger to work
with JAWS 6.2. Clearly a passport is required in every case, and the audio
capture is just not clear enough to hear. My only option seems to be to try
and contact them and see if they can sign me up in the way they did for
Marie.
