[access-uk] ITunes Probmes Downloading Items From Store

Hi all,
ITUNES just defeats me at times and I need step by step instructions how to get
some of my music (currently in the Store) onto my laptop. It isn't
automatically downloading and, realistically, I'd like this to be the case;
but, if not, how do I get to the right place without having to search for all
the items I want.
