Hi Darren,
Just out of interest, try Channel 501, Sky News and see if it has the same
problem.
Do you have a surround sound system? You may have to turn off 5.1 settings
in HDMI settings on the box.

OK, a little more info on my ITV 4 problem.
I've now had some sighted assistance, and they tell me that the picture is
absolutely fine, no error message onscreen either. Its just as though I had
muted this one channel, but surely that's not possible?
I've tried googleing for this, but all mentions of sound loss seem to be
about over all sound loss or intermittent sound loss on all channels.
For me its only ITV 4 on channel 120.
Can anyone suggest any possible reasons as to how I may have brought this
about?
I'll contact Sky in the morning but thought I'd throw it out here in case
anyone has previously encountered this on a sky box.

About mid-day I lost ITV 4 HD on the Sky platform. Its still there on the SD
option, 220, but as of six o'clock there's nothing doing on channel 120.
I'd appreciate it if a Sky customer could quickly pop over to 120 to see if
there's anything there for them?
I've tried searching but nothing relevant comes up for today, and their
viewer services helpline isn't operational.
