[access-uk] How can I make my whole screen fill my monitor?

Hi all, I have done something odd which has meant that my view of my desk
top has shunted itself to the right and produced a part of the screen where
there is now a grey column.
How can I get my desk top to look correct again on my monitor please.
Thank you in advance.
Obviously if restarting the computer does it then I will not need any
advice, bug just encase it does not I would be interested in any advice
available.
