Hi Peter
Perhaps another avenue if you have one near you is Richer Sounds. They
would definitely be able to offer advice on what features that model has.
Kind regards,

Thank you for responding. I have spoken to their customer support but found
that they had a very poor understanding of these features. I therefore
decided that this route would not be very reliable.

Hi Peter
I have never tried the newer models, but am told that they all carry Voice
Guide. Your best bet would be to contact Samsung here in the UK to enquire
about this as their website tends to be a little misleading when they talk
about various models having the same features.
Kind regards,

I recently had a UE40KU6400 which I found quite usable (AD, an imperfectly
voice enabled menu and programme guide. However it has been broken and I am
trying to replace it with an equivalent or better as far as speech support
is concerned.
I have found the UE40MU6400 WHICH supposedly has the same features but
because of health issues getting to a John Lewis branch to test it out is
problematic at the moment. Does anybody have this later model and could they
comment on the accessibility features please.
Many thanks.
