Did you ask the installer to install everything, including the help? I've
found it sometimes doesn't do this by default.

Subject: [access-uk] Help with Office XP

Hi listers,

After a lightning strike on my modem, I've had to have Windows XP
re-installed, and so I have had to re-install a lot of programs including
Office. The help system will not now work: The message 'Microsoft Help
cannot be started OK' comes up.

Any help welcomed, with thanks,

Mike
