Using Nougat
I cannot find the three buttons along the top in the place names screen and
my daughter couldn't see them there. Below is the quote from the manual. Any
suggestions please.

"The Place types screen has 3 buttons displayed horizontally across the top,
followed by Place categories and type checkboxes.
The "Clear all" button unchecks all place categories and types. "Set
defaults" sets 50 reasonable Place types and their categories. The
"Check"button counts and displays the number of Place types selected, and
shows a warning if too many are checked."
