I think you need to have a certain subscription to view on-demand
content on Sky.

Subject: [access-uk] Help Using the Sky On Demand Service

Hi.

I'm trying to use the above service on my PC, but each time I click on
the link to watch the particular show I'm after, all I get is the
message that I need to upgrade to SkyGo Extra to download programmes to
watch later. The problem is that I don't want SkyGo Extra, I simply
want to watch the online version.

I've tried this three times now and I keep coming up against the same
problem, and there doesn't seem to be a helpline number to call either.

Are there any Sky customers out there making use of the online On
Demand service, and who may be able to tell me where I'm going wrong
with this?

Many thanks.

Darran
