Thanks for your message of a few weeks ago, re the cordless hands-free
telephones. I have bought both products.
Although I cannot seem to have enough time to get Paulines assistance with the
paperwork, I have set it up, right, I think.
But for the life of me I cannot find a socket, in either the phone or cordless
phone, in which to plug in my head-set!
Can you remember if the head-set plugs into the desk-top phone or the hand-set?.

A couple of years ago I purchased a Panasonic cord and cordless desktop
headphones sat, this is a corded desk telephone and it also has a cordless
phone so you can get the best of both a physical landline telephone and a
cordless model. The cordless has an optional headset connection as so I
purchased a headset for use with my cordless phone so I can leave my cordless
phone on my desk and work hands-free. The headset has only one earpiece and a
microphone boom arm which is adjustable. Is this the kind of thing you mean? If
so I would be happy to provide details.

I use to have such a kit when I worked as a duty officer in social work.
This device was fantastic as the head-set had an ear pad for the left ear and a
microphone, that swivelled down, so I could hear JAWS as I completed referral
forms. It was fantastic as it left both hands free to use my key-board.
I wish to replace this equipment.
As I said a helpful member gave me a recommendation for a suitable telephone
with an option to include the head-set and also provided the wrl for both

However, I never quite got around to purchasing these devices because of other
demanding issues at the time, but the guy who provided this information worked
in a hospital if that helps. He is a long term member and perhaps he will
recognise this request.
Now I'm trying to secure telephone support for Microsoft Windows 10 along with
Apple products such as Iphone, Macbook Pro and my large Imac and really needs
some form of hands-free.
Anyone give me advice on both of these items and if possible where to purchahse
each.
