So, I presume the contact form for joining Yahoo would meet the =
requirments of death-blind users. I think it was Jeff Bishop on Main =
Menu who raised this point when Google were being congratulated on =
providing a speech verification system.

I haven't tried voice verification. But Google also offer a contact form =
for visually impaired users having trouble getting access:
