[access-uk] Google Mail problem

I believe that there are several list members who, like myself, use Google
Mail.
During the last week or so I am finding at times that POP3 download is
painfully slow - 10 messages took several minutes this morning on one
occasion, yet at other times they come in like lightening!
I would be interested to know if anyone else is having this problem - if so I
wonder whether it could be that the Google servers are overloaded at times.
