[access-uk] Goldwave again

Hi - I have both the lame.enc and lamewin32 files, and have dropped them
both in to the System folder in Windows, and the Goldwave folder, and still
Goldwave says there is no mp3 encoder installed, when I want to save a file
in that format. I'm wondering if I've put the lame files in the right
folders; is it right just to drop them in the Goldwave folder, or should it
go within a folder within the Goldwave folder, if you see what I mean?
