Sorry I didn't mean to cause confusion with this query.
I want to send a private message to someone who is not on this or other lists.
I want to send a message with an attachment to a company and I need to have a
receipt to prove that message has arrived. In the past I have received
messages from people/organisations who have requested a receipt to show I have
received their message.
I hope someone can advise me on how to do this.
