There isn't one - gmail has around 260 million users (as of October
2011), with 8 million accounts in the US actively used daily.
Imagine the call centre for that!

But it's also quite possible one of us might be able to answer the question?

Just guessing what the problem might be: If you've been locked out or
lost the password or hacked and you provided *neither* a backup email,
phone number or security questions, then I think you could kiss that
account goodbye. As long as you've got a backup email and phone/mobile
on file, recovery should be pretty easy.
