Hi all,
I have recently rented 2 films which on the Amazon prime UK site stated that
they had AD.
However I was very disappointed to find that the two Harry Potter films I
rented did not have AD. So there website was advertising incorrectly.
Consequently I rang Amazon to complain and eventually got a refund.
But they stated that Voice View should inform me when a video that is
available to rent has ad before I order it. However Voice view will say when
subtitles are on the video but not AD so I don't know until I play it after
I've ordered it.
Has anyone got any suggestions how I could ensure that films on Amazon really
have AD prior to renting them, seen as I can't rely on there online listing
to be always accurate.
As an aside question, does anyone know if Brit box works with Voice View on
the Fire stick and is AD quite easy to enable?
