Clive, many thanks for posting this news, although it is , to me, sad
news.

I enjoyed the professionalism behind the Soundings magazine and the
interviews and articles were always thorough, and the sound quality
and editing second to none. I fear that some will hold the opnion
that it may have sounded a little old fashioned in its approach, but I
can tell you that I felt a great sense of relief when I discovered
Soundings last year. Relief at finding something that wasn't poorly
put together and bumbling in its presentation, as is so often the case
with the reviews on, say, Blindcooltech. (Yes, I know, more
democratic and everything, but I don't often listen to or download
reviews from that source these days without a sense of disappointment
and anoyance.

I do hope someone, somewhere has the nouce and energy to take up the
challenge of a wel presented magazine such as Soundings was.

Cheers,

From Ray
