Hi
I know ie does but I'm not sure about firefox. Its strange,
as far as I know this is the only site I have trouble with,
and it's an important one too.

not much real help but to assist in the troubleshooting...
Have you confirmed that Internet Explorer and Firefox both
work OK on that site?
