Hi Clive, I don't have an N86 any longer, so I'm not sure quite how to get it to CSV from there. You could of course, send the contacts to the phone via Bluetooth. This should work. Regarding sensitivity, I have a feeling you are holding your finger on the screen inside the holes for too long. Try to be very light with it and you can type quite fast, at least I can now. My first Talks phone was the Nokia 3650, then the Nokia 6600, both secondhand, then a new N91, followed by a secondhand N95 8GB and finally a refurbished N86. Now, for me, an end to a great era of accessibility with Talks, and with the arrival of my new Samsung galaxy S4 Mini with Telorion installed this week, a beginning of an exciting new one. My wife Moray purchased her phone last April and uses ZOOM to access the phone. She is very pleased with it. My phone has VOX running with the elastoma keypad. For me, it is quite a learning curve after using phones with a physical keypad. I am slowly getting used to the features but I need plenty of practise before I can send texts or enter data through the keypad. I find it very sensitive and when arrowing up/down menu items the cursor jumps around quite a lot and I sometimes find I have selected something I didn't want. I have slowed down the keyboard delay to 500ms but I feel it is still too sensitive. Any suggestions most welcome. Also, I wrote to Steve Nutt as I purchased the Telorion package through him to ask how I can copy my contacts from my N86 into the Samsung phone without having to type them in manually and he said to save them in CSV format and import it into the Samsung phone using a link on a gmail account. We already have a gmail account as our e-mails come through the gmail.com server. The backup function on the N86 saves contacts and other personal data in a file with an .arc extension. How can I convert the archived file into csv format? I'm sure I can speak for quite a few on this list when using a touchscreen phone for the first time. I have almost got to the point of throwing it in frustration trying to enter data. I just switched it off and did something completely different. I won't give up, I know I will master it in the end. Anyone thinking about purchasing a phone with Telorion installed, I highly recommend you do so.
