Hi Ibrahim, my telly is a smart telly with internet connection and when I go to
channel 555 it says access but no more is there something else I should do on
that particular channel?

Hi Janet.
You need to have a smart internet connected TV for the service to work and the
TV needs to be one of the manufacturers and model ranges referenced in the
article or on the freeview channel 555 help pages. I have tried this on my LG
tv’s and this works really well. All the best, Ibrahim.
