[access-uk] Forwarding Emails using Thunderbird.

Hi All.


I believe that control L is the keystroke to forward email, when I do this I seem to get a lot of extra wordingto do with tables, sent from, sent to etc is there a way to avoid this?  We can't use control f to forward with Thunderbird can we?
