I realise that you have taken a previous reaper course but thought I would
point you at some updated resources that were recently released free to the
community at large by the Cisco Academy for the Vision impaired.

I have unprotected all the Wiki notes as well so you may find this a more
complete resource on reaper and it's inner workings.
We used to sell these courses at $100 each, plus $50 for the audio essentials
module however the whole lot is now free whilst it still proves useful.
They are far more in depth than Bryan's course and cover OSARA extensively.

I downloaded the courses from here and there are literally hours on Reaper. I
also donated as I think that the instructors did a fantastic job.

Quite honestly, I wouldn't bother.
I'd get Reaper from http://www.reaper.fm, then I'd go to
http://www.reaperaccessibility.com and learn all about it.
Many blind people are using Reaper now, and if after that you have any
questions, you could sign up to the Reaper Without Peepers list, by sending a
blank message to rwp+subscribe@xxxxxxxxx.
I have only started using Reaper in the last six months or so, and I have to
say it is fantastic, as is the work that blind people such as Derek Lane,
Patrick Perdu, Jamie Teh, who writes NVDA and others, have contributed to its
accessibility.
I rarely get even Sound Forge or Goldwave out nowadays.
There is also a course from Brian Hartgen, but I really can't recommend this
particular course, as he is using ReaAccess, which is now deprecated in favour
of Osara, which is a great plugin for Reaper, written by Jamie Teh.
Note that Reaper is a multi-track editor, but I love it because it is
non-destructive editing.
