Why? Just go on the Freedom Scientific website and see if there is a new
firmware for it.

Alison, I do not know the answer to your questions about a list. I am however a
Focus blue user. But I’ve not experienced any of the things which you
mentioned. I really think you shouldn’t be too ready to blame yourself for
these and that you should refer back to the person or company who sold you the
device. I will go no further than saying that pieces of access tech for
visually impaired people are not always as reliable or market ready as they
really ought to be.

Dea anyone know if there is such a thing as a Focus Blue Notetaker e-mail list.
I got a new one over a month ago but some things keep happening which must
surely be mny fault, but I don’t know why – for example, the file will
unexpectedly close without warning and also, especially when I an cutting,
copying and pasting text, I have lost a great chunk of text.
If there isn’t a list, is there anyone on this list who uses a Focus Blue
Notetaker who might be willing to share ideas and advice.
