Hi Phil,
I asked this question on the B-f-b (blind Facebook) list, and apparently
there isn't one because the layout and behaviour of FaceBook keeps changing.
However, between my asking and your asking, a couple of people have put the
same question, so I suspect that if anyone was prepared to write such a manual,
there'd be a real demand for it.
