hi Steve,
it doesn't say it there, but according to lg all their smart tv's
between 2016 and 2019 can receive freeview play but some of their 2020
models can't while other 2020 models can.
it appears as if some of their less expensive 2020 models can't receive
it including the one that is the replacement for the 43lm6300.
sometimes yo have to make a change in the settings of the tv to receive
it.
