Hi Mandy.
If you're happy to wear glasses, don't want or can't use a smartphone, want a
device that works offline and have the capital with no ongoing costs then the
OrCam is worth considering.  On the other hand, if you have a smartphone with
internet access and are comfortable using it, an app like Envision will give
you a great deal of reading accuracy with a very nominal cost.  I believe OrCam
provide training on how to use their device, however Envision have tutorial
pages on their website and within the envision app to guide you in getting
started and using the most o envisions features.
Good luck and I hope which ever decision you choose works out well for you.
All the best, Ibrahim.

So after all this Steve, if you could only have one, which would you choose?

On a different topic, Steve that player you sell that is only £200 something
with wifi, sounds really good particularly as although I really like the Victor
Stream, the only reason I bought the Victor Trek was for the wifi, I don't use
the trek.  But can you play audible books on this other player?

Mandy.

Hi,

You get little cable tie like things with Orcam that allow you to attach them
to any glasses.  I have mine attached to my Bose Frames.

All the best

Steve

I remember people talking about attaching it to the Bose frames last year or
the year before.  How did they do that?

hi John,

you can't disconnect just the camera as it is part of the right arm of the
glasses.

pete.
