Hi Mandy and also Chris,

Chris, you were almost there with what you told Mandy but not quite, I'm
using Outlook Express and after reading your message, Chris, I checked the
steps Mandy needs to follow, and as I said you were almost there but not
quite.

Mandy, as Chris says, you do need to go into the view menu, but once there,
you will land on Current view. if you press right arrow on that, a submenu
will appear. if you cursor down that submenu to "group Messages by
conversation" and make sure this is not checked, I believe this will solve
your problem.

If not, I am sure someone will correct me where I've gone wrong.

I hope what I have said is of help.
