Having entered the Header and/or Footer Text, tab to the OK button and
click on that.

Subject: [access-uk] EXCEL 2007

Hi, Just received the following query which I can't answer both
because I don't use Office 2007, and because I don't quite understand
it anyway! Any thoughts welcome:

" If in excel 2007, you are in a header, how do you close the header?
There is no button on the ribbon to close the header and footer and
the help suggests you have to go to normal view. To get to normal
view however you need to exit the header or footer. Escape gets you
out, but then it disregards what you've entered in the header/footer."
