Hi Carol,

It's the best for catching the viruses I believe, but I haven't found one that
is really accessible.  Either continue to use V8, or use Defender, built into
Windows 10.  It's not half bad now.

All the best

Steve

OK, Steve. I hear you! So, what do you recommend these days and how does it
compare with Eset? Apart from not being able to set up and selecting all you
want without help in Eset, , is it still about the best out there?

Hi Carol,

I can't recommend Eset any more, as the setup is still not accessible,
particularly advanced setup.  But you can scan from the context menu when you
select your drive.

All the best

Hi all,

I know that there were some issues with the Eset software a number of months
back and, as a result, I've just not upgraded. However, my licence will soon
need renewal and I'm wondering what to do now. . . .

Please, can anyone give me an update on their software and what works with
speech (Jaws in particular) and what doesn't, together with an indication of
which of their programmes may suit me best?

I'd very much appreciate this information.

Thanks.
