[access-uk] EMAILS WITH ATTACHMENTS

Hi all,
Any help with this please? A colleague is sending me emails with
apparent attachments. When I attempt to open the highlighted email
from the inbox, I get a dialogue saying
Can't open this item the object could not be found.
If I then hit reply from the inbox, I'm able to read the mail but not
open the attachment.
Any guidance or explanation would be greatly appreciated.
