Haven't used this app before.
Found a button on top left of screen called audio described channel. I
double tapped on this and then performed a search finding Downton abbey.
However when playing the episode there was no audio description. What am I
doing wrong please?

Hi,
I only know about the Android version, but select a category called Audio
Described, then find the program, and you should hear it.
