The same thing happened to me, a few months ago, and not knowing what else to do, I did a system restore, and every think was fine again.

Just tried it there after reading your message and it did not go back to
it's original. If I wish to download, for example, something from the Blind
Cool Teck site, I now only get the option to open the file. Oh, I can go to
the link and through the Applications Key, Save Target As, but this is of
course a bit more time consuming. PerhapsI'll need to restore back a day or
so. I'd have thought that the Don't Show me this Message Again Tick Boxes,
could be checked or un-checked within the Advanced Settings, but I cannot
see anything like that. It's not a big problem George, more a pest
