Hi John

This doesn't work here using the latest version of office 365 which I think
is what mandy is using.  Cheers!  Graham

Hi Mandy, browse to the folder you want to delete. Press the delete key, and
confirm deletion if asked. That's the first way. Shift f10 will open the
context menu. You then have to arrow down till you get to delete and press
enter.

                    John.

I am using Outlook and today called Sight and Sound for a different issue
but also tried to resolve a couple of small things whilst I was about it!

The instruction I was given to delete a folder wa:

Enter on the folder I want to delete,

Press alt O, d f in that order

I have tried, it doesn't seem to work.

The other suggestion was shift f10 but that doesn't seem to work either.

Mandy.
