Greetings,

I have been using Dec Express for a good while and for the most part, find
it's speech perfectly acceptable.

I am aware that Dec synths handle quotes and apostrophe characters in a
somewhat excentric manner and also when doing some bible notes and having to
write the word "Caleb" it pronounces it "Cackub".

I have just written an email with the subject:

"I've been stung"

and Dec Express says it as:

"I've been strung"

I would be interested in any other such oddities in synths.

I am using Jaws v5.1 on an Evesham laptop, running WindoesME, but can't
really believe that has any signifficance.

Colin Howard looks forward to hearing from you.
