I've got an older Olympus but, though I love it in some ways, I want
something that takes you clearly to the next or previous message etc
and I don't find there's enough feedback from my Olympus. I can't
remember its model number. Mike would need the same level of
feedback as myself so, I think, if I don't like that side of it then
he won't either.

I'm keen to get something for shopping lists etc (but not a high quality
recorder, that can easily locate the next item(s) recorded and wonder if
anyone uses one and has a good recommendation, please.
I particularly want this as a gift for someone and it would be good, at
last, to do away with the tape-style memos which are tedious, at best,
it comes to finding a particular item.
