  Jim -

Firstly create and name your playlist [Control N] Then find the song you want
to add to the playlist, and press the application key and press 'a' until you
hear 'add to playlist', and then use your arrow keys to find the playlist you
require, and hit enter on it. You might find in some cases, it is quicker to
add a whole album, and then just delete the songs you don't want from the
playlist. You can't select in a non-contiguous way, using shift, down arrow,
and the space bar -

    Hi,

A small problem someone maybe able to help me with. I’m trying to create a
play list in itunes, (first time). I’m trying to select individual songs from
my albums and I thought i would be able to select them with the shift key and
the spacebar and then move on to the next one and press the space bar whilst
holding the shift key and i thought that would select that one in that way.
However, all it does is play the song or pause it. What am i doing wrong? Can
someone help and explain how to select individual songs then transfer them to a
play list please.

    Hope someone can help.
    Jim
