Hi Jackie.
The best thing to do would be to use a middleware service or application,
such as Outlook, a web email service like Gmail or a third party contact
management service. So long as its compatible with the IPhone and Android,
you should be able to transfer contacts in tact from one device to another
without loss of information or formatting.
