Hi Mandy,

OK: To access the control panel, open the run dialog box and type
"control"
without the quotes. To get it back on your start menu, open control panel in
the way I just describd, then find taskbar an start menu optins. Go to the
start menu page, click customise, choose the advanced tab, and tab till you get
to a treeview. Find control panel in that treeview and enable it.
