Hi Mandy.
Bring up the start menu and search for Bluetooth, that will bring up the
Bluetooth and other devices stings, you can remove any devices in there by
selecting the device, pressing enter to bring up the popup menu and then
selecting remove.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [access-uk] Connecting Headset to PC.

Brian has the Sony WH 1000 XM for headset.
He successfully connected it to his PC, Windows 10, but later decided to send
the headset back.
Having listened to my new AirPods Max headset, Brian decided that he prefers
the Sony and so re-ordered them. He is now unable to connect them. How does he
remove the original headphones setting  from his PC? He contacted Microsoft
support and they were unable to do it.
