Well I'm glad I'm not the only one who got confused.  Will give them a
ring.  It's annoying that they don't seem to answer e-mails either - I
wrote and asked them these questions a while ago and they never got
back to me.  What with that and the fact they change the publications
included without consultation I'm not too happy...
