Hi, I got this just before Christmas when I had to buy my own Christmas present from my parents (!!!) - rang Steve and he knew of the issue. I didn't get a confirmation email, my credit card wasn't charged until Steve processed the order manually (yes, I even had to pay for it too, did get the money eventually though!!). Thanks.
