Yes, that was my experience too, I kept getting that IE has encountered an
error message, but the repair fixed it for me.

This is with JFW9 in my case.

Good luck -

I'll try that, but I can't get further than opening up the homepage to try
others, it closes before I can get further.

  Thanks though.

Sharon - I have had this happen, and found doing a JFW repair fixed it for
me, can't say why, but it did. Occasionally I still get it, but when I do, it's
just with a particular website, all others continue to open ok for me.

  HTH -

Subject: [access-uk] Changing a Default Internet

    Hi,

Can anyone help me. I've currently got a problem with my 32 bit internet
explorer, but have 64 bit on this machine too. I cannot seem to fix the
problem with my 32 bit internet, so would like to use the 64 bit one as my
default.

Could someone advise me on how to do this. I'm using windows 7 and jaws 11.

My internet 32 keeps closing every time I open it, saying there is a
problem and it needs to close. Any idea on fixing this would be appreciated
also.

    Thanks.

    Sharon
