Also Ali if you need any help just email them. I do that sometimes.

The following is a pretty hefty document from the Information Commissions
Office (ICO) but may give you some food for thought.

Subject: [access-uk] CCTV

Hi all,
Does anyone know there are any legislation, guidance etc governing CCTV
installation/use at a private domestic property? I have been told that the
external cameras cannot be higher than certain height. My internet search
did not shed any light on this.

Thank you

Ali
