Hi Sharon.
I’m not using the latest version of iTunes but I think this should work in
later versions than I am testing it in.
Simply
navigate to your playlist,
locate the track you want to re-position in the playlist,
use control + X to cut the track,
move the cursor to where you want to insert the track and
hit control + V to paste it in place.
Note that when you hit control + X to cut the track initially, iTunes will ask
you to confirm if you want to delete the track from the playlist so just hit
spacebar on the delete button and follow the rest of the steps as above.
