They do several, but I don't think they are Bluetooth, are they?

Hope this is a question that someone can answer, as I seem to ask
something that is unheard of!
Any suggestions for a wireless microphone which I could link to my iPhone.
I
work remotely from the office a lot and having a clip on microphone to
record meetings etc would be really useful. Is there such a device
which would open voice recordings at a push of a button, or its own
dedicated recording app?
