I have asked them that question but have not got a straight answer I
have downgraded back to my 4 meg connection and it's working ok but I
might look at another isp but I will weight and see all the best.

Perhaps you should ask them what their contention ratio is.
That's the number of users who share the connection.  On
business lines, it is general 20-1, where on many private
broadband connections it's as much as 50-1, and that
certainly is the case with BT.

However, performance is affected by the number of users on
line at any one time.  Could it possibly be that your
performance has been affected by mid-term school holidays
when doubtless every kid on the block has been playing games
over the internet?

I was supposed to be on a 10 meg connection it's slower
than
my so called 4 meg connection I told them to get it fixed
they say it's a website thing so I told them to stick it
whir
the some don't shine I don't think blue yonder is a very
good
isp aand I'm maybe looking at trying to get a good fast
connection it's a pain changing but might be worth it.
